The room walls shall be constructed of Pre-coated GI outside and inside of walls. The outer and inner sheet shall be Micro Ribbed Pre-Coated PPGS sheet. The PPGS sheets shall conform to IS: 14246 and EPS insulation shall conform to IS: 4671. The color of the top surface side sheet will preferably be Off White (RAL 9002) of 20-30 microns Pure Polyester coating over 4-7 microns Primer on the top side and 5 microns of backer coat over the primer on the bottom side of the sheet. These panels are factory assembled in continuous manufacturing line into a complete unit to eliminate the necessity of field assembly of units prior to installation.
The edges of the panels shall be shaped to provide a continuous engagement for the full height of the wall / partition, providing a positive sound seal and permitting roll formed slip joint with unique locking arrangement in the shape of tongue and groove individually from each side (fascia) of the panels.
The effective cover width of the panel shall be and length of the panels shall be to suit as per site or as per transportable length.
